Michael was my first love since I first saw him at TV at the age of 2. I don't remember this, but my grandma told me that when I was 3, I used to dance on Michael's music all day long and I didn't want to watch any cartoons.

I always wanted to go to at least one of MJ's concerts, especially when he came to Romania in 1992 and 1996, but unfortunately I was too little to go.

What I most loved about Mike was the fact that he believed in God no matter how hard life was for him, he was different from the rest of people, he cared for the world, he was kind & loving, and he never gave up, he was very talented...

Besides all the above, I have so many things in common with him that at first when I saw his documentaries and interviews I was really amazed!!! I also love SF movies and adventure books, movies with animals and children stuff (like pillow fights and food fights, slumber parties etc.) & I'm in love with fantasy and nature, but people make fun of me, because they say that at my age I should do other things.

My favorite sport is swimming, just like Michael's. I loved his inner light, his strength, his childish nature, his innocence, his sense of humor, what more can I say, I definitely loved everything about him, his perseverance, there are too many words to answer this question and to explain how I feel about him. He was, is and will always be an example for me to follow, and even if he died, in my heart he will live forever!!!

Half boy and half man

A Peter Pan for humankind
Too bright that some went blind
Trying to shoot at the bird on a branch
Without understanding Neverland ranch.

He used to climb his giving tree
To write his songs for you and me
To share his love and then inspire
To dance and set the stage on fire.

Michael was a boy who took to the stage
Joined the showbizz flow from a young age
Far away you could hear him singing in the trees
His magical voice could bring you to your knees.

Above all, he was no scarecrow stuffed with hay
While he saw the sky blue, people saw it grey
While most of the world thought he was insane
I tell you, unlike others, he had no chicken brain.

That man was a heartily brave king
Who wanted to fly, but he had one wing
He was so genuine, had no time to frown
But jealous crows tried to stole his crown.

But what more can one person give
When vultures stole his joy to live
And how much one man can endure
Without receiving back love, the cure?

For decades he was still atop
He was called the King of Pop
Paparazzi saw him as a target
A plastic puppet sold on market.

He was a sweet man, just like honey
But people wanted him for money
They didn’t see he was a star in glow
He had no price, he made your mind blow.

He would’ve been happy wearing an invisible shroud
To escape the real world, which is always so loud
But since he couldn’t, he missed that tender caress
Which could’ve joined him everyday in playfulness.

A child at heart, full of passion and of will
Gone much too soon, because others kill
The press wanted him to walk and live in shame
Altough he fought so hard, he was a prisoner of fame.

Late at night kneeling by his bed he would pray
For world peace, but people wanted his decay
He had so much passion and love that he couldn’t sleep
People are generally shallow waters, his soul was deep.

He was the captain of his ship and he would sail
Across the sea, around the world, behind a veil
Looking for that someone who could share his dreams
A girl with whom he could bathe in moonlight beams.

Michael’s soul was an open gate
While he laughed, he forgot the hate
His black eyes had flames of charm
His soul, a pure vibration of no harm.

Oh, how much I would love to join him in his dance
To moonwalk by his side and give him one more chance
But God took him from Earth and left me all alone
I feel inside so empty, my heart is like a stone.

Still, my angel up in heaven advises me to wait
Live each day in love and sleep at night in faith
But when I wake up I find myself crying in despair
And only with my eyes closed I feel my angel there.
